Trinidadian soprano Jeanine De Bique is an artist of “dramatic presence and versatility” (The Washington Post). Her 2017 Salzburg Festival debut as Annio in Mozart’s La clemenza di Tito (directed by Peter Sellars) launched her international career. Since then, she has sung leading roles at San Francisco Opera and other major houses, as well as concert repertoire with leading conductors like Marin Alsop, Iván Fischer, and Teodor Currentzis. Do not miss her Carnegie Hall recital debut with pianist Jonathan C. Kelly, including songs by Wolf, R. Strauss, and Previn, plus traditional Caribbean folk songs.
