“Busoni and His Muses” – Album Release Concert by Pianist Jiayan Sun in New York City

Acclaimed pianist Jiayan Sun will present a piano recital at the Scandinavia House (58 Park Ave, New York, NY 10016) to celebrate the recent release of his album “Busoni and His Muses” in tribute to the centenary of Ferruccio Busoni’s death.

Appraised by Gramophone as “an undisputed master of this music’s domain,” Jiayan Sun’s wonderfully crafted program will feature Busoni’s original compositions alongside transcriptions and arrangements of music by Bach, Mozart, and Liszt.

This special concert will also celebrate Busoni’s birthday which is on April 1!
